Senior RPA Developer
Full-time – Mid-Senior Level
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented individual to help us lead, advise upon, and develop high-impact automation development projects for our customers.
- Assumes hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of an automation project
- Provides technical consulting and troubleshooting in technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and support of process automation solutions for the client’s business needs
- Constructs and tests RPA components using appropriate RPA technologies
- Write and deliver required project documentation (e.g., Process Design Document)
- Gains industry and process automation expertise through client projects and training
- Presents the automation solution(s) to client
- Provides guidance to more junior team members on specific required client deliverables
- Serves as a mentor and role model for more junior team members
- Adheres to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables
- Follows documentation standards for all deliverables
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant RPA project experience: 3-7 years of project implementation or custom solutions experience
- Certified in UiPath’s Advanced RPA Developer program with 1+ years of RPA experience
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Agile Project Management
- 3-5+ years of designing, coding, configuring, testing, or implementing customized software solutions
- Demonstrated software development experience in one or more of the following: .Net 4.0 or higher, C#/C++, Java, Windows Workflow Foundation, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading a development team
- Practices ongoing personal, and professional development, staying informed of evolving technologies, business trends, tools, and applications
- Strong capacity to apply custom software development skills to RPA technologies and develop RPA expertise
- Strong client-facing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test(s) as required by CampTek Software clients
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience working directly with customers
- 1+ years of AI/ML experience
- 1+ years of project management experience
- ABBYY/FlexiCapture Certification
